Properties and uses.
Dibutyltin thiol is the stabilizer of polyvinyl chloride, with high transparency and thermal stability, but poor light stability, small odour, s a s structure, so there is a strong oxygen disturbance, suitable for hard and injection moulded products. However, it cannot be used with lead salt stabilizers. Easy to pollute and generate odour. Adding 2-3%, lack of lubricity, and is not suitable for use with metal soap (lead), should be added to the lauric acid maleic acid butyl tin combined. Light yellow transparent oily liquid, this product has good fluidity in PVC processing, has a strong heat stabilization effect. It can be widely used in various hard and soft products, profiles, injection mouldings, emulsions, etc. It has superior anti-stability and transparency.
Suitable for polyurethane high resilience, microporous soft foam systems, with delayed action and certain resistance to hydrolysis, long storage time of the combination material.
